I had a friend comment on a Facebook photo that I was getting too skinny! I've lost 48#. I'm 5'1 and 108#, a healthy BMI for me very small frame! Ugh! I just deleted the comment. I should add she is MFP friend too and hasn't logged in since around March. So frustrating because I've done well to help my joints. I have an…

I'm maintaining now and this is how I piggy bank. I have my weekly setting starting from Monday through Sunday. I created a filler meal of 1200 calories and add it to every day starting on Monday. This way I can check my weekly target any day. Whatever, I have saved for weekend is how I splurge. So when I log in on Monday…

Not sure where to start except to say there is always hope! I have never been the slimmest girl around. Beginning early February 2014, I weighed about 135# and for a 5 foot flat female that's considered just a bit overweight. This is where the struggle began. while working an average of 60+hours aweek, my joints began to…

I had to add this for Texas. We've been stationed in Alaska, California, Texas and now Virginia but we're from Tampa Florida. So yes Texas gets cold not like Alaska but I hate snow!

@cmcdaniel02 You're very welcome. I also was devastated last year but knew I had to do something. I started logging and walking when I could. Today was my first hour (with hubby) at the gym doing weights on machines. I avoided any that I felt would impact my lower back but I do feel amazing. I know that you will continue…

Thanks everyone! I am currently 114.4 a little over 41# loss and still trying to figure it all out with lifting. Thinking I'm just going to have to hire a personal trainer for a few sessions. I went home for vacation (husband is military) for two weeks and ate whatever but did log. After returning home, I lost a few more!…

Maybe he wants you to eat more so he can eat the stuff that "accidentally" falls onto the floor :p

I just changed it after I posted this pic to maintain and I still see the average! ( I just got back from a two week vacation but logged everyday) I just noticed the changed today, though.

It's driving me a bit insane! I just started maintaining and wanted to eat more on the weekends. Guess it's pen and paper:) I haven't changed anything.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an inflammatory disease that attacks the joints, back, neck and sometimes organs (in my case lungs). I find walking helps immensely (on days I don't walk I typically hurt more). Though having right medications have also allowed me to be more active lately. Wish you well on finding…

I was diagnosed with AS last April 2014 after joint swelling and lower back pain. I am HLA-B27 positive, rheumatoid factor negative but also had a CRP level of 126 and a sed rate of 40. MRI doesn't always show changes in the beginning. After being on 80mg of prednisone for 8 months, stuffing my face, lack of working out, I…

I have an autoimmune disease and was on 80mg for 6 months. Had moon face and all. Just watched what you eat (all in moderation) and get better soon.

My husband used them a few days before he had to tape in for his yearly military test. It worked Temporarily and he passed thank goodness!!! However, it is expensive and after his tape he decided he would never use them again. Started eating right with me and he has lost 25# and won't need them when he tapes again. CICO is…
