I just reached my goal weight yesterday. I am 61inches on a good day:). Lost 37#. Completely changed my appearance I think.

Aww thanks! A total of 37#! I still can't believe it! What's even better I got the results of my lab work today and they were fantastic!

I am so excited today I reached my goal weight Which is mid BMI range. 186 days! Now the scary part maintaining:)

Thanks, I have an up24 and I just reached goal weight today. I am trying to figure out my maintaining calories. I want to eat low during the week and increase over the weekend. I typically do about 12,000 to 15,000 steps a day (including an hour brisk walk). I have also done the Scooby calculator. I know it's going to take…

Thanks. This is what I was referring too. If I log it as activity I get a bigger calorie burn than if I just let it do regular steps. I am just a couple pounds away from goal so as stated above I will just do trial and error. Thanks to both for responding!
