I look at your diary everyday and you are doing fantastic logging. Are you taping yourself? I know when I feel like I am going nowhere I pull out the tape:) Also take pictures! Again you are doing great just hang in there!

I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis last year. I mainly walk I so want to weight train but really don't know where and how to start safely.

I started this lifestyle change a few months back because of future picture! My husband is getting promoted to MSGT (Air Force) in April and I was not going to let my family see pics of me on Facebook. Now I am more motivated to stay healthy way past April:)

Unfortunately because the medications I am on I have ro limit my sun exposure. I am hoping the supplement that was prescribed and researching some foods I can get my level up. seriously I appreciate all of your responses:)

Thanks. I have just been prescribed a pill that has 50,000 unit. Thanks so much for your post! Just wanting to see what foods I am eating has some. Last year I was diagnosed with an autoimmune and currently on Humira and other meds. Trying to eat better and maybe lose some weight to improve my health:)

I am so glad I am not alone. I weigh daily but record if I have lost .5 or more. this works for me.

Then remove them if you feel so strongly. it's seriously not our place to judge. For the record I don't eat my calories back!!! but I log what I feel is appropriate. once I logged mowing with a push mower. My husband was deployed and the front wheel was frozen so I pushed mowed backwards best workout I ever did!

I am 5' and currently 146 # I consume between 1100-1200. I am losing between 1 to 1.5 # a week.

I don't have crohns but akylosing spondylitis and currently on Humira. I have been logging everything and seeing if my flares react. good luck!

I can't weigh my raw meat and pasta before cooking. I am cooking for my family. So, my question is, is 4 oz of cooked meat less than 4oz of raw?
