Ohhh no. I live in Atlanta and I refuse to run in the dead heat of day. I run in the early AM as the sun is rising or in the late afternoon as the sun is descending. I can't pile heat exhaustion on top of my running. Are there places/trails with lots of shade? Bring water!

I eat 1850 calories at 5'6" and 194 pounds, but I don't eat calories back. That's only because I've accounted for my activity level. The scale is not always an indicator of fat loss. You lost inches. Congrats -- that's progress. If you aren't losing weight over a longer period of time, then you are not in a caloric deficit.
