My husband the Super Taster, that's who! I do what some others do: I find a main dish we can both eat and prepare a different set of side dishes. I always stick with one main, one starch/grain, and 1 or 2 vegetables. I eat the veggies with my meal, he eats the rest without them. It works for us!

10 pounds is a little drastic in one month, unless you have a lot to lose. 4 or 5 pounds is expected and healthy for long term weight loss per month. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose 10 pounds your first month! If you do, great! But your weight loss may slow down after awhile and that's perfectly normal. Best luck!

I will drop at least half of the 75 pounds I need to lose. I will not judge anyone too harshly for eating the Obligatory 1200 Calories MFP likes to give and try to educate rather than dictate.

I graduated C25K last year and ran the Color Run in 39 minutes! My goal was 35, but I wasn't too broken up about it, it was a tough run. Good luck!

I smashed it today! Stayed 85 calories under goal, met all of my macro goals, worked out for the prerequisite 30 minutes. Yeah!

You do you and let him do what he wants. If he wants something "exciting" he can make it himself. I like to make food we'll both eat, but put a healthier twist on it. Or make myself vegetables and an alternative side dish for him. It's no big deal to him.
