  • if you can't complete a set, tap the button multiple times on the app. the first time it says you did 5, tap it again it changes to 4, again, 3, etc. if you don't complete a set I think it drops your weight down for the next time.   • I use map my run to log exercises and it transfers them over. Although it doesn't always transfer as the appropriate thing. For instance, Mowing the lawn transfers as Gymnastics, general.
  • The first time I tried it, I was showing off to my martial arts instructor and did waaaayyy too many (like 50 or so)and went all the way out. The next day I could barely move because my abs hurt so much. So tip, don't overdo it the first time.

  • I just got back from vacation. I tried to estimate for the first couple of days, then missed a day and lost my 180 something streak. Getting back on track now. While we were there, I ate whatever I wanted, but we were walking an average of 12 miles a day, plus rock climbing, kayaking, etc, so I think I was ok.
