Thank you. I am just getting myself organized with the right food in the house so I don't start eating the wrong food. Exercise is difficult for me because of some health issues, but I think consistency should be one of the keys to firming up. What do you think; any suggestions?

I will join you. I have 30 lbs. to lose in about the same amount of time for different reasons. I am in my 60s, and I want to do that for my health and so I look good in summer clothes. I'm tired of the flabby arms and legs and looking and feeling frumpy to myself. So, I'm on board to lose 30 by June also.

There are various sites on the Internet where you type in the gender, height and weight and receive a BMI and calorie requirements. I don't know the site names.
