I think I've been doing this unknowingly on weekends. I wake up around 9am and go straight to the gym so my first meal is at lunch. What does the coffee with coconut oil do? I purchased a bottle of liquid coconut oil last year to use as a hair conditioner but I haven't used it yet so it's just sitting in my pantry waiting for me to use it :smile:

It means to eat as much calories as I burn. This way my body never adjusts to eating low calorie and I won't plateau. Plus I really enjoy Mexican food and wine

Carb cycling is supposed to help burn fat on low carb days and build muscle on high carb days. It also prevents you from getting used to eating the same amount of calories each day so you don't plateau.

The one thing I don't like about the Fitbit is that it doesn't tell you your projected calorie burn for the day. My BodyBugg would do that and it would help me plan how much more I could eat with the estimated TDEE. Fitbit only tells you your burn as of the moment you check it.

I don't know. I keep a box of green tea here at work but the dandelion root tea has been proven to get rid of bloat/water weight. Do you use canned tuna? How long does it take to cook?
