Last July when I went to Cancun I was a size 14 and I bought a few swim dresses (covers the thighs) at Macy's. They were on sale so the price was like $50. I don't need them anymore now that I've lost weight so I would totally give them to you if I could. I only wore them once and then I started my weight loss journey last…

I started at 164 lbs in a tight size 14 and now I wear a size 8 at 125 lbs. My goal is a size 4 so probably 10 lbs to go. Edit: my height is 5'4" and sizes are US.
-
I'm 5 lbs away from my original goal weight of 120 lbs and after trying on a bathing suit this weekend it's very clear that I need to lose at least another 10 lbs. I don't want to go lower than 115 lbs at 5'4" so hopefully I look as I imagine when I get there.

Exactly, my splurge day and weigh in morning is on Saturday so my week goes Saturday to Friday. I just wish my Fitbit report would match but that's an entirely different issue LOL!

Pita pizza on Joseph's low carb high protein pita bread. It's my dinner every Sunday night to make up for my Saturday surplus. Yummy!

I pre-log the entire week Saturday-Sunday so that I can view my weekly average and make sure it's under my TDEE. I try to leave a 3,500 calorie deficit but if I feel like changing something I do it. The worst that will happen is I lose 1/2 lb that week instead of 0.8-1 pound. No big deal. I prefer to eat less 6 days a week…

I don't have that issue with my Fitbit charge HR. We just drove in a car for 30 minutes and the road had lots of bumps and my steps stayed at 2,057.

Tuesday 4/19 I had 10,850 steps and I was given a Fitbit adjustment of 350 calories. I have MFP set to sedentary. I'm 5'4" about 125.5 lbs. Although I have my settings at 5'3" for increased accuracy. The adjustment will depend on your settings (more for sedentary and less for active). My Fitbit doesn't show how many…

That's hilarious!

LOL @queenliz99 I never go out for sushi, especially not all you can eat like I did that night! Our weekly date night is take out Mexican and its still high calorie but not like sushi!
-
Really, only 300? When I went out for my birthday I just picked some specialty rolls from a sushi chain and the calories were much higher. I wonder if I over estimated?

My Charge HR also has the auto tracking of exercise after 15 minutes, but when I'm on the elliptical for 1 hour I still get the stats for the entire hour. I also think the 15 minutes is the default for the auto track, I think you can change it. OP: I love my charge HR. It really helps me to be more active since I get sad…

My story is similar to yours except I'm over 10 years older LOL! In 2012 I went from 148 lbs down to 114 lbs and felt the best I've ever felt in a size 4. Fast forward to the end of 2013 when I started stress eating and being less active due to a new job and by 2015 I was up to 164 lbs, the most I've ever weighed. At the…

Mine went from DD back down to a B which you can sadly see in my profile picture. Oh well... I'm too old to buy new ones so it is what it is LOL!

I eat Mexican EVERY Saturday. I find something in the database that looks similar to what I plan to eat and I log it. Since I do this every Saturday it's pre-logged and then I can cut calories other days to make up for the Saturday surplus. If you like to eat out like me it helps to go by the weekly average in the…

I eat them, but not the same way others do. I set MFP and Fitbit both to sedentary maintaince and eat less some days and more other days. I check the weekly net left over in the nutrition tab and make sure I have 3,500 calories left over at the end of the week so that I will lose 1 lb.
-
That is way too much work for me LOL! I prefer to set my calories to maintaince and eat less some days (500+ deficit) and more on others (surplus on weekends) and then track my weekly deficit in the nutrition tab to see how much weight I'm estimated to lose that week (i.e 3,500 would be 1 lb). I can see why you do this…

I wear a Fitbit so I have a general idea of my TDEE. Due to inaccuracies and hypothyroidism I set my height in Fitbit and this site to 1 inch shorter. I eat more some days and less others and go by the weekly deficit in the nutrition tab (app). I plan meals I enjoy eating and pre log my week. I weigh 90% of what I eat in…

Your build and amount of body fat will determine what size you can wear at what weight. I'm 5'4" small build with much more fat than muscle and I wear a size 8 in jeans right now at 127 lbs. I have to be 120 lbs to wear a size 6.

I've been on 50 mcg of levothyroxizine since October and I'm down 36 lbs since August 30th. I exercise daily, always get 10,000 steps, and eat foods I love. I have a Fitbit so I just make sure my gross daily average in MFP is under my average daily TDEE and I lose. I went from a right size 14 jeans to now a size 8.

Thank you!

Thank you! Your responses are always so informative.

Oh wow that's a lot of information thank you. I was walking at a normal leisurely pace when I tracked my steps. I walk on my breaks at work and I'm not trying to get a major work out in, just additional steps. My main workout of the day is either a 40 minute circuit training class or 1 hour on an elliptical machine. My…

I love it. I eat from 11am until 7pm and workout in the morning fasted. I love being able to eat every hour or two in the 8 hour timeframe. I get a little hungry in the morning but it's worth feeling full the rest of the day. I just stuff myself with black coffee and tea in the morning.

Do you like pop chips? They have a flaming hot version.

I'm 5'4" 38 yrs old and 127.5 lbs. I started at 164 lbs 7 months ago. I have a Fitbit so I don't look at the net calories, I eat a daily average of 1,300-1,400 gross calories and burn a daily average of 1,900 per Fitbit. I eat at maintaince or a little above once a week unless it's a holiday like my birthday week coming…

I take 50 mcg's of levothyroxizine and I've read all kinds of things about not taking it with food, other medications or caffeine (my primary care doctor told me nothing BTW) so I decided on my own to take it in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee.
