I just thought I'd throw this out there, something that's been helping my Mom w/ dry eyes recently, Tear Support with MaquiBright from Life Extension. I think it's only 1 pill a day under $20 a month. She says it helps:)

A really good book on this topic is Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen. It's an interesting approach to squashing the binge monster.

I take about 3 Pink Himalayan salt caps a day. You can fill your own or get them pre-filled from Amazon. Magnesium(400 mg) and occasionally Potassium.

I've had this problem as well at the beginning. It did clear up as I became adapted, occasionally I need Tagament or something OTC, but it's mostly gone.
