Some really useful and helpful info in here, also a couple of needlessly rude comments. OP, as an example, I used to eat a 'cup' of peanuts, thinking this was around 30g. It was one of the funniest Marvel films and I love what they did with the character. I think including Falcon was good, as up to that point it felt very disconnected from the est of the MCU......excited to see what they do with the character in Civil War!

^^This. I think a new assistant would really help the character development. I am not Clara's biggest fan when she's with the eleventh, but I just don't see any chemistry here at all and it's not Capaldi's fault. I think he'd shine more travelling solo for a while in between as well, even 1 or 2 episodes.

We can get a crate of 20 bottles for the equivalent of $15....or a bottle for $5 in a bar...it's pretty popular over here. I drink it, but only if the shop has run out of Corona.

Are you sure that you are only taking in 1250 calories? Weighing your food to make sure your calorie intake is what you think it is would be one step :-) Are you basing the 1250 on what MFP has told you?
