First of all, WOW! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! My wife and I have always wanted to go, I'm sure you'll have an amazing time. Whenever we do multi day conventions/comic cons, we just take as much pre-packed food with us as we can to try and stay on track. If they won't allow you to take this in, can you leave this in a hotel, eat…

Hold on, you mean the love potions aren't real?!......Well, I'm going to have an embarrassing first date at the wedding chapel tonight then!

First of all, well done on taking positive steps to make a change you want to. I know this probably isn't the answer that you want to hear, but a couple of weeks really is too soon to expect to see any real changes. 1,200 calories shouldn't be unhealthy, it might be hard to maintain and not be grumpy though, I know it is…

Are you under just on intake or under after you take off exercise?

You could burn 1,000 a day and still not lose 2lb a week if your diet isn't right. Personally, I burn over 1,000 a day but that is usually over 3-4 hours of exercise and includes strength training, running, rowing, elliptical and workout DVDs. To do this just in the gym, I think I would have to be there for 3 hours + As I…

You can split it how ever you want, I'm on 45% protein, 35% fat and 20% carbs and still losing at a deficit. As long as you get a proportion of all of them to keep you helathy, it really is whatever works for you! :)

Benedict Cumberbatch also ate 4,000 calories a day to gain muscle mass for his role in Star Trek. Then went down to the 5:2 to get ready for Sherlock again....now he is back on 4,000+ to play Doctor Strange. He eats according to how he has to change his body type in a short period of time for a specific role...... OP, as I…

Oh wow, that shocks me, I thought it was popular. Glad the network have had faith in it. Hopefully it means that they have something strong planned for series 2!

Hi Sian, Nice to meet you! Welcome back to MFP! I'm Jon, currently living and working in the sunny dull Midlands. I love running, just getting into lifting and I would love to one day do an obstacle race, but right now I'm sticking to road races *Meep meep* I've got less than a stone to go to my goal weight, but it feels…

It is so very very frustrating that this is obviously doing well in the US, yet it's not over in the UK in any form. Can't even find a naughty download of it! *Grumble, grumble*

I love listening to the 11th theme while running. Really seems to give me that extra burst of speed!

I doubt that with that much of a deficit that it will be additional muscle mass, unless an awful lot of your calories are protein! I would say it's likely to be holding on to water, or perhaps you are burning less than you think you are? Are you using MFP values for calorie burns? If so, they are usually a little high.

Hi all, feel free to add me :-)

No, you don't actually see him. That's not to say he's not in it in some way though ;)

It was everything I hoped it would be, apart from the whole Punisher surprise, but that was always going to be shooting for the moon. Some very minor things annoyed me like....very, very mild spoiler ahead.... There were other minor things, but more than made up for by the excellent dialogue, character work, the action…

Always happy to give support and motivation and get a little in return, feel free to add me!
