  • I eat really healthy all week but on the weekends I allow myself to eat what I want. I stay around 1,200 to 1,500 calories during the week and for example I went out to dinner on Friday and got fried chicken with fries, Saturday I ate a big mac meal at McDonalds.   • I am working out but not crazy. I will usually do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical 4-5 days a week, a yoga class and household chores (shoveling snow, stacking wood, etc)
  • I have been using this for the past 5 days and it seems to be really helpful. I have a lot of energy but not jittery at all. I have been eating plenty but I have NO cravings for sweets which I usually do and have plenty of access to. Today I walked past a table of cookies and donuts and was not tempted in the least.
