Chewing gum helps with craving sweets but I get the cravings for something salty so that's when I go to something like sunflower seeds or almonds with sea salt or some popcorn.

Cut yourself a break hun. You had surgery! I know when I had surgery earlier this year my clothes were a bit snug too. It'll all come off....just keep going!

Because there are no "legit supplements" you just have to put in the hard work to burn calories and in time lose the weight.

Oh wow! My mom had the gastric sleeve done and a year later is doing fantastic but that was honestly her last resort after diet and excercise didn't work. It's amazing you haver lost 18 pounds so far! Keep up the hard work and you'll do great! :)

10 days is not much time to tell. Trust me, weighing your food helps. Yes it is time consuming and can be annoying but if you weigh things out then you get an idea of how many calories you really are eating. Also, when working out, what is it you do? Ahh I was TOTALLY going to say dunkaroos! Also the Oreo cereal, 3D Doritos, and someone said they still make it but I can't find it anywhere but the Rice Krispy Treats cereal! That was my FAVORITE!

I have only had sushi once and I just got the veggie roll and a cucumber roll so it's only like 350-400 calories. Then again I only had 3 pieces of each.

I spend 2 hours at the gym and burn about 700 calories on a good day so if you spend a lot of time working out I am sure it's possible but you'll be exhausted!
