I would imagine the ability to fit in to a small would be more of a skeletal size thing.. if you have a small skeleton then it very well may be possible! Congrats! It's an awesome feeling seeing that drop, even if it is water. I know the first time I saw it I felt GREAT. Just prepare yourself that it'll likely slow down eventually, but as long as you keep up healthy habits and work, it'll continue to come off. =)

I try to keep myself in check, though that can get preeeettty darn hard at the time of the month. From what I read somewhere, we're losing nutrients and burning more calories during our time of the month, so i'm a bit more lax on my calories for that 4 days or so.
