My DVD's arrived yesterday. I couldn't start it as I had company. I have however watched the first two workouts, does this count? Forgot to wear my HRM so don't know how many calories I burnt :-) Going to start tonight, looking forward to it soooo much! Loved Insanity and T25 and this seems to be the best of both worlds.
