November 14th I turned 40. I gained weight after my divorce several years ago. I had always been fit and healthy and once I got divorced things went down hill. I can't seem to get out of my funk. Although I am in a wonderful relationship all the changes that came with the divorce still haunt me.

My goals for the year are to: 1.Meal plan (lunches included) 2.Cook more at home 3.Do 20 "men style" push-ups correctly 4.Attend a group work-out at the Y at least 3 days a week. 5.Plan active activities for the entire family and join in the activity. 5.Find a new career closer to home. Preparing my list of to-dos for tomorrow (Sunday). Working full-time I have to prepare some of my meals ahead of time. So on Sunday I will be cooking anything I can ahead of time. I will even slice and chop veggies have them ready to cook.
