Thanks Emily!! I'm starting round 2 of 21 day fix Monday. I lost 7 lbs in round 1. Hoping to do it again :) I've been planning my meals for the past few days. Hope you give it a try. It's great. I LOVE planks. They are so challenging but they are definitely one of my top 5 favs.

Fitness (day 3 of 5): C25K W3 D2...28 mins Nutrition (day 2 of 7) : Did not eat after 9, drank 8 c of water ***Day 3--fitness goal met!! Nutrition goal...yeah right!!! Didn't happen :) As you all can see, I failed miserably at both challenges. I'll do better next week...Lol.

Well......for the past 2 days, I have failed at not eating after 9 :neutral: I'll try to get it right for the next 4 days. I'll keep you all posted :) This was my weekend to work so I'm exhausted!! Today was a rest day and tomorrow I will be doing C25K W3 D1.Have a great night everyone!!
