I do mine around my 1 yr old. My 7yr old does them with me. Then one day I was doing squats and my little man was in front of me holding on and doing them. A little later he didn't need to hang on no more. I am a proud mommy :smiley:

Im 27, 5'10 and 170 I want to lose around 20lbs too. First shop around the perimeter of the store. I meal prep quick which makes quick meals easy to grab and I have a weeks worth of food ready :smile: I am on a budget so that is how I do it. Hope this helps

Try 1400 calories. That is my calorie in take, and I eat all day and not go over. I am 5'10 and 170 lbs I have lost 3lbs so far and I am normally in a chair becasue of work. I eat a meal replacement in the morning and for snack is carrots and pb or something like that and then lunch (I meal prep) maybe another small snack…

Do not over eat, if you get full stop then log the portion that you ate.

Baked chicken breast with ranch seasoning, not the dressing, and steamed broccoli and zucchinni. Oh, and something quick on the go I threw together can of tuna warmed with chopped tomatoes and lettuce and a little salt and pepper. It actually turned out really good :smile:
