I used it for about 2 months but i stopped because I felt so sick all the time and it was affecting my work. I was very stressed at the time so it didn't stop me from over eating and I didn't lose very much weight. Now I'm losing weight without it.

I use a website called supercook.com. you tell it all the ingredients you have and it gives you recipes you can make with those. It's very helpful when I'm too tired to think of what to cook or want to make something different.

I have to because the doctors suspect I have a stomach ulcer. It's not as hard as I thought it would be. Going off the pepsi max was way harder 😂.

I'm not drinking much until my wedding in march where I will have champagne to celebrate. I've given in a few times but now I'm saving up for a car I can't justify the expense, so I've cut right down and I've felt a lot better. Especially now my hangovers are getting worse as I get older.

I'm doing T25 at the moment and can't recommend it highly enough. I'm in the first week of beta and it can be tough to get through at first if you don't exercise much but it's worth it for the results. If you focus on getting a bit better each time and doing more than you could before then you will be set. Good luck :).
