  • Hello! I'm a newbie here since May, but I've lost 29# thus far (the Mrs. has lost ~20); BP meds have been cut in half. No better way, IMHO, to git 'er done. I've been the low/no fat route, which works, but the dietary options make for a miserable eating existence. Now ~4# from my ideal... this program WORKS! Good luck!
