I love it, too but have decided to cut back a bit. Instead of a tablespoon of peanut butter on my toast, I'll use a teaspoon. (And no margarine under it anymore). My new addiction is popcorn. I use way too much melted Becel margarine on it. Wish I could quit this habit.

A long with My Fitness Pal, I joined TOPS. (Taking off Pounds Successfully). Lost three pound the first week. The women there are so nice and there is so much motivation to do well.

Get more steps in by parking your car far from the entrance and try staying away from the food court. Do you think about portion control when you make meals? Try one cup of rice instead of two. And careful with boiled eggs for snacks...

A serving on the label is like the serving on pet food labels. These companies want you to eats lots and buy more of their product. When I have rasin bran cereal for breakfast, I don't pour one cup but only 1 quarter to half a cup.

I'm doing fine in that department since starting back on My Fitness Pal. Must be all the good food now and portion control. The only time I run into a problem is when I go all out on cheese.
