I've started low carb on Dec. 26 trying to steer towards Keto to see if that works better for me. Hoping to get some tips and motivation.

I'm new to logging on MFP but not new to low carb. Eating high fat is high in calories, do you find it hard to stay within your calories?

Just started today using fitness pal (signed up before but never really used it). Also doing low carb to try and get this weight/fat to come off. Its worked in the past, but lately I'm at a stand still. I think too many nuts, hence Fitness pal to put me on track.
