Hi -I'm with you on chewing my food. Tempted to go the shake route, but I need to be able to do sustainable eating for the long haul. I'm 51 and have ~80lbs to go. They'll be gone eventually. ;)

I weigh in every couple of days; first thing, naked, after business. The daily fluctuations play too much with my motivation, so I don't bother.
