In the first week of my 16:8 fasting, I lost 6 pounds but haven't lost anything since. Today I made it to 20 hours fasting and eating 4 so I'll see if it helps. I've been listening to Dy Ann Partham on You Tube for tips.

Hi - I'm returning as well. It's so hard to track everyday but when I do I lose and stick with it for a while but months later stop again. How do we stop leaving?

I have 57 pounds that I would like to lose this year. That is my ideal weight however, to be within my BMI, I need to lose 40 pounds. I didn't think it would be this hard. Trying to eat clean to accomplish my goal.
