I had a co-worker tell me they were allergic to water and that any time they drink it they throw up. So they can only drink soda/sweet tea now... what??? And in the same sentence they said they were allergic to vitamin supplements. I find both hard to believe, but I'm not a doctor so what do I know.

Soda isn't good for you, regular or diet because it really provides no nutritional benefit... But it's also not bad for you and as long as you can fit it in your calorie goal it's not a big deal IMO. I will say be careful with the artifical sweeteners, not everyone has issues with them but I personally get massive…

I'll add to this... Drivers that wait until the last possible second to change lanes/merge. I am 100% not letting you over if you knew your exit was a mile away or that your lane was closed/ending and you chose not to get over. DRIVES ME NUTS.

People that go to express checkout with more than 12 (or whatever the limit is) items. I'm definitely the person that counts how many items because if I'm going to the express lane I usually only have 1 or 2 things. Drives me crazy.

I had my gallbladder out last year and unlike everyone else on this board I cannot eat certain things without suffering. :( It's unfortunate because even simple things like eggs or corn destroy my stomach for the day. I've also found that I gain weight a lot easier than I did before and it's much harder to lose; however,…

In my lap at a bar.... I don't even remember it, but I've heard about it. And then a few times more when I got home after falling head first out of my H's truck.

When I order an unsweet tea and get a sweet tea. ICK!

If you have your activity level on MFP set to anything other than sedentary and you don't get enough steps in for the day/burn enough calories it will take calories away from your daily goal to compensate for the calories you didn't burn. Does that make sense? My brain is foggy from this head cold I'm fighting, so maybe…

I have a similar story too! I am 24 5' 1" and I flucuate between 132-134. I am trying to get down to 110-115. I have my diary set for 1200 calories, but I eat back calories my fitbit adjusts for so I average around 1400-1600 calories a day. ETA: The elliptical is a little easier on the joints, especially the back. I can't…

I have a few questions. This is the first time I've heard of this program. Is is program for beginners? Does it have any cardio? And are you following the meal plan to see results? I generally don't eat 50-80% of things in meal plans.

I just transitioned to every other day and it was hard. My hair is very fine, so it used to get oily very quick (like within 8 hours of washing). I just do a water wash on my days in between, even if I work out. My head sweats a lot but with the water wash my hair is fine and doesn't smell.

I think about the food I can eat now that I've worked out... Oh and whether or not I'm actually going to die or if I'm just that lazy. It's always the latter.

I budgeted to get new clothes for work/summer now that I paid off my car (yay!) but I blew the entire budget on work out clothes and stuff for my house... oops!

I've had the fitbit flex since Christmas and I love it. It really does motivate me to work out/walk more. My husband has hardly had to walk the dog since I got it. I just changed my activity level on MFP to sedentary with the fitbit adjustment to see how it goes with weightloss. The competitions are fun, but my sister,…

Confession: I lost 16 pounds with MFP 2 years ago and I was really feeling good about myself until my friends and family started making negative comments about my weight loss and it killed my motivation. Comments like I was making them feel bad about themselves, I was anorexic, or go eat a cheeseburger (which I did eat…
