  • Typically no, they don't mention it but I'm also right on the borderline of healthy weight versus overweight so I guess I'm not at a high enough risk for them to worry too much and my health markers are good.   • This thread makes me so happy. Thank you for posting it, it made my day. My dog doesn't need to lose weight, but right now is her active season. She usually loses a pound or two in the summer, which is a lot for her 14-16 pound self. Glad your dog is on the road to a healthier life! :D And what a cutie too!!
  • It would be effective for putting me a jail after I killed someone from being hangry. Other than that, no it wouldn't be very effective for me. I would binge and eat far more calories than usual with smaller meals.

  • I would try inputting your stats into a calculator other than MFP to get a calorie goal. If you use this method do not eat back any exercise calories because they are already built into your goal. Very few active people need calories as low as 1200.   • I use Mrs. Dash chili packet and follow the recipe on the back, but double it. I usually use 1 lb. of hot sausage (not that healthy so you can substitute) and 1 lb of chicken. I just went to a local thrift store for work pants and picked up 12 pairs to try on ranging from US size 4 - size 12... I ended up buying 3 pairs-- US4, US6, and US8.
