Alcohol is bad for muscle growth and recovery. I would bet that when adding lean muscle they avoid alcohol as much as possible. I would also bet that they use HGH and or anabolic steroids.

IMO it is too sweet and the ingredients are not the best. You should also be aware that every scoop of the BF has about 3.5 grams of creatine which you may or may not want. It'll make you retain water. Try some other brands, I like Optimum Nutrition vanilla.
