September 11, Tuesday Track, yes Under calorie requirements but had a whole bag of chips. Exercise, Softball rained out so I made it to volleyball. Didn’t play great, I used to work up a good sweat when I played.

Sept 9 Sunday Track , yes Under I think, looks like my steps didn't move over to MFP. Is anyone else having this problem ? Exercise: Tuff time here rained all day will have 10,000 steps. Football just makes me eat. @erikNJ wish I could go with health snacks also. Will try it next time

Weight in 199.7 Friday September 7 initial weight 199.1 Slight gain, my body feels good here and has leveled off recently. I will continue to eat right and keep exercising. My target is still very attainable. Sorry to let the group down on the first weigh in.
