Aug 30 , Thursday Track, yes Way under target Exercise, Softball rained out, blew off volleyball. Walked in graveyard and yard work. Over target of steps 23,800 steps Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. It's been a couple of years since I've been in onderland.

Tuesday 29 Aug Track, yes Under calorie target Exercise. Won two 9 inning ball games over 18,000 steps.

Monday, Aug 27 Track yes Under Calorie target Exercise. Played to a tie in our game, I scored twice. 398 active minutes. A day and evening game tomorrow. Unofficial weight in puts me at 1.7 till my onederland target.

Wow that month flew by I will go out strong. We can do this.. Track yes Calorie target yes Exercise. 12,800 steps. I didn't reach my step targets this weekend. Resting for the playoffs coming up. Monday in PT, Tuesday just finishing up the season in my day league, later game big playoff if we win no game till Championship…
