Managed to get the squat rack today!!! That was an achievement in itself!! SQ 5X5 @ 62.5 kgs. Good form throughout so did 1x3 @ 65kgs in readiness for next week. I know what you mean Stephie - I've just been for my lunchtime 3 mile walk, and I look (and feel) as though I ran a marathon in the Sahara. It's raining here, but it is still warm and sticky. I feel sorry for my colleagues for the rest of the day, (athough I have, of course, freshened up since returning to work!!).
