  • Welcome back! I too have been very inconsistent with my workouts. I have a very fit friend who is holding me accountable to drinking a gallon of water a day. God help me!! The struggle is real. I have about 25lbs to lose. It's 1:15p and I got in almost 40 oz. I have so much more to drink.
  • I too am always hungry. Some things that worked for me. Drink a big bottle of water before eating. I fill up 20oz bottles and have 5 in the fridge ready to go.
