  • I'm 5'6 1/2 SW: 295 CW: 177 GW: 150 Lowest weight 159 On Mondays/Wed/Thur I lift weights; Tue/Thur I Cardio is up. I try to eat 1200 cals, but somedays I hit below. I get between 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep!
  • I have the home version, and it tried it. It's no joke. I am going to try to start it again and stick with it.
