I start after evening dinner, around 5PM. I normally do not drink anything until the following mid-day. Then I’ll have two cups of unsweetened black coffee and some water. Same as you, Alternate Day Fasting (ADF). 36 - 40 hour fast then have a small meal followed by a normal size meal a couple hours later. I rarely feel hungry. I have become aware I used to eat from boredom or social expectations. Food tastes so much better and I really enjoy every mouthful.
