Oh God not this again. 1. It's not a "military diet". I'm in the military. No. 2. Calorie deficit, exercise, consistency. That's what will work. You don't need to starve yourself.

I LOVE sugar! It's why I gained weight lol. But cutting out sugar or limiting it too much leads me to binges.. Makes sense... so basically, home strength workouts with limited amounts of weight while eating at a 300 calorie deficit can actually bring you to LOSE muscle mass after a while? :O Thanks for your help :) (I'm going to start SS next month, just curiosity for the future as I do prefer to workout at home..)
