Same boat here, but like others have said it’s very helpful to not be so restrictive during the week and/or to count weekly average cals instead.:) Also, mindfulness. I subscribe to the Calm app and she has tonnnns of great mindfulness meditations that help me in life and with food.

I don't know much about ketosis but I've learned from on here that the only way fat loss happens, with any diet, is eating at a calorie deficit. So basically put in your stats for weight loss and don't over exaggerate your activity level, and bam you'll lose weight if you're weighing everything and being consistent. :)…

Cool insights! :) I didn't mean so much to make a statement of what is more expensive, healthy food or junk food :p Just that I actually end up saving money when I'm eating healthy if only for the fact that I don't eat out all the time and buy excess food to stuff my face. So it saves money. ^-^

Right :) :) stuff isn't that cheap where I live and I don't buy into eating clean all the time so I do eat other stuff in moderation but I find that when I'm eating generally healthy anyways I don't eat out so much ^-^ it saves a lot for me
