Considering this is a site selling mattresses, looks like no fact checkers were available on behalf of the writer of the article. Def can't believe everything you read on the interwebz for sure. :laugh:
What struck me was the last sentence in the article says, 'best way to lose weight is through foods low in sugar and fat'.. obviously something just thrown in they though sounded good. lol
