  • Well, I lost the weight and gained it back once before. So on the one hand, I think I can because I believe I've learned from the mistakes I made. Also there were some immediate health problems this time that necessitated me losing the weight. But of course you're free to say that I'm full of it since I gained it back…
  • I don't really care if it's 100% accurate so long as it it wrong in a consistent way. I figure it averages out.
  • I'm 2.5 pounds away. Will have lost 40 when I'm done.
  • I have the vivofit 1 and like it a lot. Yes, it does link to MFP.
  • I weigh every day. But, I hate to admit this, I only log when It shows progress. But it does seem to be working for me.

  • I'm really enjoying my Garmin Vivofit 1. It seems to be fairly accurate. I also like that it gives me a daily step goal. Motivates me to actually look for a parking space FARTHER from the store/work/etc.
