  • Already using my first pass day. England is going back into full lockdown from Thursday this week, so we decided to have one last meal out before that happens - food was good but far too much and not at all healthy. The rest of the week will be better!

  • I'm ending this month with a couple of pass days. However - I have also lost close to 2kg (my monthly target), fewer pass days than last month and - best of all - not a single binge day!
