I'm joining this late, so February will be a 'soft launch' for me. I was part of this group back in 2020 and found it worked well, but then a string of personal challenges wreaked havoc with my mental health and I couldn't keep up. Well, I'm starting off with a pass day. Had a feeling this might happen as it was my mum's 70th and we had a virtual birthday party with lots of prosecco and not the healthiest food. I did track everything though and didn't end up too badly over goal, so it's all good. π

Joined this group in the autumn and found it really helpful, then had a bad winter with anxiety, depression and burnout taking over my life. Slowly getting into a better place now so hoping I can stay the course for April!

I'm back for the new year! I joined the UAC in September last year and found it super helpful, but work related stress took over my life back in November and everything else went by the wayside. Having had 2+ weeks off over the holidays has helped me slowly recharge, but since I don't expect the stress to be any less inβ¦
