I personally have fitbit aria scales(released Aria 2 not long ago) the sync through WIFI and upload bodyfat and weight etc to my fitbit account.

Instead of prioritising exercise, focus on diet - Try maybe on a sunday meal prepping for the week, with the busy schedule you have the weight should manage to gradually decrease provided you are eating the right things and within your macros. Exercise will help you speed that up and look better and feel better in yourself.

Depends what i am doing when training - I listen to fearless motivation stuff when the going gets tough and it gets me through!
