I agree with you on feeling great. I will probably do the reintroduction phase just to see what bothers me, and then switch to a paleo lifestyle. I've grown accustomed to the cooking/prepping, and I'm not really craving garbage food (besides the occasional pizza). I too am a believer.

I think it could be due to the exercising. I have to wear a panty liner now that my running is more intense.

For me, Keto. I know it works for many people, but I felt disgusted. I also really enjoy veggies, and I couldn't deal with cutting a lot of them out.
