Oh man, that's exactly what I did.. used MFP to loose 30lbs 3 years ago, put on a few lbs during maintenance and then didn't try hard enough to loose it straight away, and now here I am back at the start.. sucks... Maintenance is super hard. I admire, everyone who can do it.
