JSLewis- yours is like mine... probably hard to tell with only a face shot! But you've got a very pretty face regardless :) Sazzle, I'm gonna say, if you say higher then its only by 5-8 pounds because youre muscular, but you look fantastic judging solely on that bicep!

a new car! (just kidding, that won't happen.) Realistically, a new jewelry stand from my parents. What's your favorite holiday?

Kimo: utterly in love =) and super happy!

I have to go with those who agree that this general blanket statement is a bit unfair. I'm 23 now, but I've held at least one job at a time since I was 16. I played sports in both high school and college, I got good grades, and didn't get in any more trouble than the average teenager does. I've worked my hiney off to be…

Carbs help your body in ways you probably don't want to give up.... your brain tissue, memory, etc kind of rely on carbs. That and most people are absolutely miserable on "no carb or really low carb" diets but that depends on the person I would guess. Grains can do really good things for your body if you keep them at a…

Why are so many people sad about being single...?! I am, but I'm happy to be single for now =)

Hmmm, 2 parts. I want to look at MYSELF and think "you're great just the way you are, stop feeling the need to change".. The more vain part of me wants to be that girl across the room people I don't know look at and think "she's beautiful".

If someone hasn't logged in for more than a month, or if their habits and goals are extremely unhealthy.. I don't delete very often, I won't remove someone for not commenting or anything like that because I do way more reading than responding too

I don't think so :)

Never start throwing up. Once it starts is a spiral into a deep dark black hole you'll be fighting tooth and nail to climb back out of for many, many years.

I tried this- but altered it a little bit and found it to be a really big filling meal! 1 banana 1 egg 1 egg white 2 tbsp whole wheat flour (the flour gave it a big more consistency, it was pretty runny before I mixed it in.) It worked out to 247 calories and about 13 grams of protein and I was impressed with how well the…

I can't agree more. Very well put. People with eating disorders most often are not mis informed, we study this like our life depends on it. It's an addiction, something that I for one no longer want to participate in but you're right, it's a slow and gruelling process to drag yourself back out of those very dark waters.

The hard part is over, you admitted that you're unhappy and have made the decision to do something about it. Now it's all about adjusting and learning. Don't be ashamed, by the look of your default picture you have two beautiful children and a husband who stands behind you no matter how you feel about yourself. Welcome to…

Buying in bulk definitely helps. I make big batches of things and then separate them out and freeze stuff all of the time.

I'm 5'4 and currently 114. My body fluctuates between 110-115 and I'm pretty content with that most days =)

I like Greek Yogurt, but I'm definitely a cottage cheese girl over yogurt any day :blushing:

I make sure that I only drink once a week, and eat less during the day so that when I budget in those alcoholic calories I still stay at a somewhat decent intake. I also make sure I get out and do something active during the day or do lots of dancing while out so that I burn up some of those calories. Drinking is like a…

 Be careful not eating back calories... in my experience it hasn't worked out well because I end up going on a raving binge but I also don't necessarily have weight to lose. If you set your calorie goal to 1,200, but then workout for 2 hours and burn 1,400 then you're technically at a -200. The calories you burn…

If you are using the whole egg, the yolk of an egg has 1.5g saturated fat, and though it may be minimal from the ice cream bc it's a very small amount I'm sure there is saturated fat from that as well... unless they have come up with some way to eliminate saturated fat from egg yolk? Or I read incorrectly.

I'm 23 5'4 and in the 113-115 range :)

I'm 23, 24 in October... I feel young but I guess I'm not that young compared to 18 & 19 year olds :p
