It's funny how there are such distinct lines drawn between cardio lovers and lifting lovers... I have heard both ends of it and decided to do my own thing. I eat a lot of protein like a lifter, but focus mostly on cardio and less on weight training like a runner. I think both ends of the argument would just tell me I'm all…

hi :) feel free to add me. I'm 24, but like you have been doing the under eating or full blown bulimic thing since I was young & still struggle

There's obviously no way to actually lengthen them, its supposed to create the perception maybe? I didn't come up with it, the ridiculous magazines that plaster yoga throughout them make that claim.

why do people feel the need to be such *kitten*? obviously there's no way to lengthen muscles but i have heard that stretching, yoga, etc can make them appear more toned and "longer" looking but jesus chill out. i understand wanting to trim leg muscles down. not everyone wants big strong legs that certain sports and…

I drink about 120 oz a day.. that's 4 nalgene bottle, 16 glasses a day. I'm still alive and well. Remember, drinking coffee and sweating depletes the water in your body. Drink a lot of coffee or do intense workouts, you need to replenish and take in more than the "8 glasses recommended per day"

I eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight and when I follow it (unlike I have been, please don't go by my current picture) it works out really well, and I can get pretty lean.

Here's my info: 24 years old 5'4" 125 pounds goal of 115 pounds =)

Ha. The only thing I have in common with you is blue eyes. I get the height/weight stat thing but why the hell do you only want friends so similar to you in every other way??

I'm focused mostly on recovery. I am trying to not only stop binging and purging but consistently eat healthily, both in food choices and amounts, as well as consistency in my workouts. I want to be an overall, well rounded healthy being. I'm also crossing my fingers and finding motivation to do so because I WANT that…

I chew gum a lot for the oral fixation. Or have little hard candies just to keep me occupied.

Just choose ones with good, wholesome ingredients and not a lot of sugar. I love muscle milk.

damn... hot is probably an understatement by the looks of your abs

I love new friends, feel free to add me :)

you could also tighten up your core muscles, which will give you less of the belly look, even if it doesn't burn a ton of body fat. You'll build the muscles underneath and with the correct diet and cardio lean out overall body fat, hence losing tummy fat :)

I used to use cleaning: light /moderate effort and food preparation when I spent hours at a time on my feet doing work similar to fast food. It definitely counts, whether you add it in separately or change your activity level to slightly active. Just choose what works best for you.

don't eat late, dont let your last meal be high in carbs (if i eat late and its bread, i have belly bloat the next morning) and the sodium as has been said. I get it, the f*cking numbers shouldn't matter but they do until you start SEEING changes.

I log everyday, and am not always too active but I do my best to comment here and there.
-
lmao... this is awesome.

anyone can feel free to add me :)

if you were set at 1200, I'd say eat them back. I don't see a problem with NOT if you don't feel fatigued, hungry, etc. Just listen to your body :)
