if you're vegetarian, make sure youre getting enough protein to promote muscle maintenance! Drink lots of water, mix up your workouts... I'm not adding anything else that you haven't already heard i'm sure

the only breakfast that keeps me full for a long time always incorporates oatmeal.

This is interesting... despite the bad reputation that artificial sweetener has, I use them. My body doesn't handle the effects of real sugar so I either use it, or live life bland :p I'm sorry I have no good advice or words of wisdom for you bu I am curious to see what others think.

I'm 5'4 and maintain 115 pounds by netting1400-1600 a day. My BMR based on being lightly active is 1580, my RMR based on no activity at all is 1300ish. I don't think the intent was to say it "erases" it, but the amount of sugar definitely plays a role in whether I'll eat it or not.. therefore kind of taking away the food's credibility as an optimum choice even if it's got fiber. Just my thought.

The less you weigh, the harder it is to lose at a fast pace.. Your body could be settling into a routine, eating the same amounts, same foods, same exercises etc. It's hard to pin point one specific reason.

Yep, if I binge it usually doesn't get logged because I'm ashamed & it would take far too much energy to try to track alllll of that food, so I push it out of my mind & sulk about my bad habits quietly.
