Hi my name is Katie. I am 38 years old ( well in 4 weeks) . a single mom of a 11 year old daughter. I have battled undereating/binge eating since age 14 years old when my dad was diagnosed with brain cancer and I was helping to take care of my dad. He died 1 year later when I was 15 years old with such a trauma my dad's death, adjusting to a single parent home/ moving to the town I hated that was a lot to deal with so I used food undereating most of the time and binge eating 10% of the time to numb my feelings.
I would love friends who understand about this can encourage and support me as I am ready to deal with this.
