Good morning all! My start weight for the challenge was 224.6 and this mornings weight was 207.2 - so my total loss for this challenge is 17.4 lbs. I'll take it! Big congrats to all for all of our losses!

Let's see...since I am just starting on my journey here at MFP I will keep it simple for now. 1. Log my food/calories daily. 2. Either walk or practice yoga at least 4 days a week. 4. Drink lots and lots of water!
