Hi, I'm at 52 day's and down 18, 60 day's in all and down 20.5lbs. Goal of a 100lbs. I have 3 kids. 6, 4, 3. I've dropped my calories allowed twice now. I found after 10 day's I wasn't as hungry as I thought. Feel free to add me. Good luck.

Hi, I've been with MFP for 48 day's and I've lost 15.5lbs. I've changed my calorie goal twice. As I have progressed I've had to lower my goal. I am trying to eat healthy but I need a little cheat. Why, I'm cancer free, and i have 3 kids. I don't want my unhealthy life to cut my time with them. I also don't want my kids to have to deal with this problem when they are older.
