Cut milk out and get on the unsweetened almond schtuff. If you cut sugar drastically, you're probably going to have withdrawls and possible headaches. Good news is, your body gets used to it quickly. Keep an eye on labels, it's amazing where it's hiding.

+1 for kale. Get creative! in addition to the already mentioned... granola, bran buds, plain greek yogurt, blackstrap molasses, hemp hearts, dry cottage cheese, un-salted nuts, potassium chloride, raisins, dried cranberries, unsweetened almond milk... the list is endless. Tailor a shake/smoothie for exercise or diet :)

When you add exercise the protein requirement goes up, as it should. Your protein intake should be based on lean muscle weight, perhaps that's why many of you are saying MFP's goal is too low? Fiber and water are your friends.

If you don't have a health reason to limit it, then you shouldn't need to worry... everything in moderation ;) ;)... listen to your body. Personally, I try and avoid sodium bombs and just noticed that my new wraps are loaded with it!! Cool fact: bananas (potassium) help counteract sodium :)
